Sage was founded by a group of friends in a collaborative effort focusing on location, design, food, and wine.
We come from all over the globe, England, South Africa, Spain and the US, with a plan to bring together our ideas and visions to encompass the world and make your culinary adventure a unique and eventful journey.
SAGE is the place we have dreamed of, a restaurant and lounge with intimate indoor seating and dining, sweeping verandas, and private spaces where the food is inspired and the atmosphere is electric. It’s a space we want to share with friends, new and old, and a space that we are excited to share with you.
